The Houston Association of REALTORS®’ Client Experience Rating program has about 1,800 REALTORS® participating now. More than 4,000 clients have completed surveys in the approximately two months since the program launched. We also participate in the QSC program, but the association-created ratings and comments program has been much more active among our membership. In our Client Experience Rating program, all members are automatically opted-in to participate, but the initial setting allows only the REALTOR® to see the feedback. They must go in and actively select to display their ratings and comments to the public. This way, our members can utilize the service as a marketing and promotional tool for themselves or purely as a feedback mechanism to help improve the quality of their service. It is still a growing and changing program, but we have had a great response from consumers, our members and other associations across the country. And the average rating has been a 4.92 out of 5.00. Not too bad!
