Description:
Instructor: Joe Ramos, Real Estate Educational Trainer. Forget about gimmicky listing presentations. Sellers are not interested in fancy pictures of your office. They want to be reassured that their real estate professional can sell their home in a timely manner with no hassles so that they can move on. In the current state of the real estate cycle, with reduced inventory and competition in the distressed market, it is imperitive that agents who wish to succeed, control real estate by getting listings. While others fight for REOs and Short Sales, you will have as many listings as you want if you put into practice the principles learned in this course. Sellers and buyers will be imporessed with your knowledge and command of real estate and will look to you as the expert, as their resource in all matters pertaining to real estate.
