The San Gabriel Valley combines small-town atmosphere and big-city excitement. The small-town ambiance of the San Gabriel Valley and its school systems’ academic excellence holds a strong appeal for growing families. Convenient access, choice and value are the common threads of new housing in the San Gabriel Valley. There are estates on multiple acres, historic mansions and Craftsman bungalows with swimming pools, tennis courts, which emphasize outdoor living at its utmost. For the yard weary, there are a variety of townhomes, condominiums or apartments. In response to new housing demands, there are currently a variety of custom designed homes constantly being built.
